We provide top-of-the-line equipment, service, consultation, parts, and training programs to businesses of all sizes throughout PA and NY, and portions of MA, VT, OH, WV, MD, DE, and NJ. What's The Job?

We are searching for aSr Manager of IT/IS to join our York, PA teamwho would be responsible for the operational functions of the IT department in alignment with the department and company goals. The manager will plan, coordinate, and direct computer-related activities by determining the technology needs of the company and making hardware- and software-related decisions to meet those needs.

What Will I Be Doing?

Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:

• Provide oversight and direction to IT Staff in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
• Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to monitor the operation of the department.
• Communicate regularly with other managers, vice presidents, president, and other designated contacts within the organization.
• Implement systems that perform the work and fulfill the mission and the goals of the company efficiently and effectively.
• Provide appropriate communication of organizational information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings and regular electronic communications.
• Evaluate and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.
• Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals.
• Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback.
• Provide performance feedback through periodic and annual reviews.
• Maintain employee work schedules, training, vacation, sick days, telecommuting and cover for absences.

What Makes Me Qualified?

• Undergraduate Degree in Information Technology, or a related field
• 8 years of experience in an IT capacity
• 4 years of leadership experience
• Proficient with Mobile Device Management to include. Intune, DEP / VPP
• Advance proficiency with Microsoft and Linuz, AD/AAD, RDP, Azure, M365 including PowerApps.
