Senior Manager of Loan Fulfillment

About the Role

Orchard is looking for a Senior Manager of Loan Fulfillment to manage our operations team (Closing, Post Closing, Disclosures, Lock Desk and Order Desk) . In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, leading, and retaining a best in class loan operations team. You will be managing the Operations team in closing loans fast & efficiently; while maintaining exceptional communication with internal & external customers/borrowers. You will be responsible for employee engagement initiatives and results.

This is a full time role that will report into the Director of Mortgage Operations and be based out of our growing Austin, TX office.

What You’ll Do Here:

• Handle all lending functions, which may include but are not limited to closing, post closing, lock desk, order desk, and disclosures
• Keep a close eye on the loan pipeline to make sure that internal compliance policies are being followed and that we’re delivering exceptional customer service
• Maintain and update workflows, procedures, and policies to ensure smooth operations and address challenges with strategic resolutions as they arise
• Clear conditions, resolve any issues and restructure the loan as needed by working with the processing and underwriting teams to assure efficient and successful loan closures
• Supervise all operations departments to make sure that loan applications are submitted to processing and/or underwriting on time   

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have:

• A problem-solver, decision-maker, and self-starter with a can-do attitude who accepts challenges readily and works well in a fast-paced work environment
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage loan products (FHA/VA/CONV/USDA) and knowledge of mortgage processes, procedures, and documentation
• At least five years of mortgage experience with exceptional closing and post closing skills and at a minimum of 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience
• Exceptional skills in training, developing, motivating, leading, and inspiring teams through strong communication and management
• Demonstrates a commitment to integrity and client confidentiality and can work well under pressure
