Senior Manager of Product Marketing - Gene Reading

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Leads a growing, global team of Product Marketing Managers which includes employee hiring, training, evaluations, development and discipline.
• Partners with product management, R&D, sales, and the other marketing functions in developing and executing marketing plans to drive customer awareness, lead generation, engagement, and revenue growth. This is inclusive of building and managing growth bridges that monitor campaign impact.
• Leads team responsible for development of marketing personas, effective customer segmentation strategies, insightful buyer journeys, and useful value propositions and key messages specific to the individual solutions and market segments.
• Guides Product Marketing Manager collaboration with content writers, branding and public relations, collateral design, and channel optimization experts to ensure that campaign tactics match campaign objectives.
• Monitors the success of marketing campaigns metrics to ensure that key performance indicators are met, and campaigns demonstrate a positive return on investment.
  The essential requirements of the job include:
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced science degree highly preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, strategy, or business development roles with responsibilities spanning strategic planning, product management, campaign marketing/demand generation, forecasting, people leadership and sales
• Minimum of five years of experience with core IDT market segments or related life sciences. Specific experience serving Clinical Diagnostics Research market required
• Experience with defining / creating marketing strategies and plans required and product management and launch experience required

The salary range for this role is $130,000-$145,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
