About the Role
This role will report into the Vice President, Transformation while supporting the Chief Transformation Officer and Chief Executive Officer. This person will support a large-scale transformation program for Orveon Global, work with top level strategic stakeholders, contribute to ad hoc operational and strategic analyses, and drive transformation initiatives across multiple areas of Orveon Global.
Primary Responsibilities:Â
- Be a key member of the Transformation team driving key growth initiatives to achieve the private equity owner’s investment thesis
- Own critical hypothesis-driven analyses: gather and validate data, build the model, perform the analysis, validate the output, create the message
- Manage key workstreams, develop and maintain frameworks/analyses, and synthesize and present findings related to a wide range of growth initiatives, including pricing, volume, new market entry, supply chain optimization, G&A efficiency, salesforce effectiveness, product standardization, and outsourcing
- Support M&A (target identification, prioritization, diligence, transaction, integration)
- Support ongoing corporate activities (e.g., budgeting, strategy, board of directors’ meetings)
- Through the work of the Transformation team, perform ad hoc analyses to enable and support Orveon functional leaders / Executive Committee
- Build relationships across the organization
- Support and work with third-party partners / consultants
Qualifications & Competencies:
- 4-7 years of total work experience with 1-3 years of work experience in consulting, operations, and/or corporate strategy
- Track record of significant outperformance relative to peers
- Demonstrated good judgement using data, frameworks, and processes to drive change, facilitate growth, and affect business improvement
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, global environment, interacting with senior level company leaders and working through others without formal authority
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Prior functional experience in strategy, M&A, integration, organic growth, supply chain or operations
- Prior industry experience in consumer goods, retail or health / beauty is a plus
- MBA strongly preferred
- Travel for this role is required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; skills in advance analytical tools (e.g., Tableau) a plus
