Senior Manager of Treasury

The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco:
This role will be integrally involved in all aspects of a growing multinational Treasury function, including cash management, investment strategy, FX risk management, debt, and corporate insurance.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

• Manage Moloco’s global banking operations, including bank account management and cash positioning.
• Manage opening bank accounts and streamline global banking structures in order to help the company as it expands to new countries and markets.
• Assist in cash forecasting and help manage working capital.
• Manage investments, including investment policy and strategy, and external portfolio managers.
• Support in establishing Treasury policies, and procedures for the company.
• “Roll up sleeves” to perform Treasury work and special projects as required.
• Lead the implementation of a Treasury Management System.
• Improve upon established Treasury processes, procedures, and policies.
• Compliance with SOX controls and ensuring that all accounting, financial reporting, audit, and SOX deliverables are met on time.
• Periodical review of Treasury policies relating to cash management, approval limits, bank mandates, and risk management.
• Manage global corporate insurance programs and assist in renewals.
• Manage corporate credit cards

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of work experience in Treasury, ideally with experience across multiple functional areas within Treasury; for example, FX, capital markets, cash management, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA is a big plus
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Passion for Treasury and financial markets
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex topics to a variety of stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-starting environment, with a penchant for questioning the status quo
• Aptitude to learn quickly, with a high level of intellectual curiosity
• Hands-on problem solver that can deal with a dynamic environment

Base Compensation Range: $156,000.00 - $234,000.00

In accordance with California & New York state law, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.

Base Compensation Range: $112,856.00 - $186,027.66

In accordance with Washington state law, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
