Senior Manager, Order Management (Finance)

This role will work cross-functionally and collaboratively with Bloom's Sales, Operations, Legal, Installations, and Finance teams to ensure we deliver our solutions with a high level of predictability and customer satisfaction. Location: San Jose, CA

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the order entry process to ensure successful execution of the order to cash process
• Drive process improvement in the order to cash process
• Understand all go to market models and ensure processes are in place for successful order entry
• Collaborate with production scheduling and logistics for shipment scheduling

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in order management or sales operations preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience, which includes the management of direct reports
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, finance, or operations related field
• Experience working with Salesforce preferred
• Proficiency with ERP systems in an order processing function
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements
