Context/Scope:

Must support the tramlining delivery/savings & pipeline execution support as per Actuals & LE ( F25 & F26 - 100+ Cr)

Purpose of Position

This role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of various Packaging Tramlining/ productivity projects (optimization of designs, processes, suppliers, and mechanisms to provide a solution which is cost optimization and fit for purpose & relevant to the consumers) - thereby ensuring the business delivery per plan.

Qualifications and Experience Required

Qualifications

Experience

Engineering/Science Graduate or equivalent with post graduate Diploma/Degree in packaging from Indian Institute of Packaging

8-10 years in Packaging Manufacturing/converter/ FMCG industry (Glass, PET ,Paper & Paper Board and/or Packaging Material Printingprocess)

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing/technical development role(preferred)

Success Criteria

• Ability to work closely with cross functional team

• Knowledge on SOP creation, Technical Specification Development etc.

• Knowledge in Packaging lines (filling, sealing , labelling machines), Handling chain & end to end Pack Validation

• Sampling & part qualification for Packaging materials/components like PET, Glass containers, caps/ closures, labels & other packaging materials
