THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Salesloft, our Senior Manager, Paid Acquisition is pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing [marketing team and will be our subject matter expert to building a modern digital engine to capture and create prospective engagement across our segments. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for [managing our paid digital programs and generating pipeline for the business.  Specifically, you will:

  • Develop and execute effective paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, display and paid social etc. 
  • Develop our in-house processes and team based on ROI impact 
  • Driving a consistent testing strategy for testing for paid search that improves ROI and pipe to spend ratio 
  • Manage a team of Paid Acquisition specialists and third party agencies
  • Optimization of campaigns from keywords, to audiences, to ad copy to landing pages  
  • Continuously testing new copy, creative and design to improve CPCs, CPLs and on page conversion rates to maximize ROI.  
  • Work closely with the web team to use key digital metrics (e.g. site traffic,visitor paths, and conversion rates) to assist in optimization of paid media
  • Manage the global paid acquisition budget   
  • Work closely with marketing team members (web, marketing operations, field marketing, etc.) to deliver a collaborative strategy   
  • Build a strong relationship with the sales development team and assist in lead follow up processes through training and sales enablement  
  • Ownership of the lead, opportunity and pipeline metrics from paid acquisition and responsible for reporting on the key successes 
  • Be seen as an digital expert, staying up-to-date on industry trends, latest martech, and customer needs.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a bias-towards-action, results-oriented, motivated and strategic ‘digital expert’’ who is laser-focused on generating new business across our digital channels and exceeding our pipeline targets.  Specifically, you will play a pivotal role in helping us optimize the digital engine and provide visibility on key metrics to drive growth for the business.

THE TEAM:

Our Salesloft’s Marketing team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming marketing professionals who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

The Demand Generation team consists of results-oriented B2B marketing professionals with a strong mentality and desire to win in our market. They understand our ideal customer profile, how to attract key buyers, create content, and other campaign touchpoints. The demand generation team members share a few common traits: they are intelligent, analytical, creative problem solvers, self-motivated, and passionate about growing the Salesloft business.

THE SKILL SET:

  • 6+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing, 3+ years’ hands-on experience with Paid Search specifically and 2+ years’ hands-on experience with PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn)
  • In-house acquisition experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in media campaign oversight - creating over-arching media strategies and driving plans through completion to achieve or exceed performance goals
  • Experience leading a team and working with vendors to drive performance
  • Experience with Marketing operational functions, such as analysis, forecasting and budgeting
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for the team’s mission
  • Strong copy-writing skills a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL::

  • Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique 
  • Join our 3-week Sales Bootcamp, where you will learn our software and all the skills necessary to set you up for success, allowing you to make an impact in the market quickly
  • Begin 1:1’s with your manager, understand your 30-6-90 plan, meet & shadow current members of the Salesloft team
  • Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
  • Meet key stakeholders in Demand Gen, Corp Marketing, Marketing Operations, etc. - they will be key relationships for you

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Build digital growth strategy plan across all channels
  • Build and execute digital programs to impact revenue
  • Partner with supporting marketing and sales teams to collaborate on creative and content 
  • Support marketing initiatives targeted toward our key accounts by multi-threading buyer engagement with relevant messaging via digital activation 

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Have created and executed digital campaigns that have captured engagement, accelerated pipeline and created revenue
  • Measured and analyzed success and was able to present key findings to leadership
  • Continue to be innovative, creating new programs that enable Salesloft to be #1 in the sales engagement market

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location..

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $111,000 to $191,000. 

The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
