Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Paid Social Marketing Manager from a DTC performance-driven environment to join our growing team at Bonafide Health. In this role, you will spearhead the creation, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns across diverse platforms, all aimed at meeting and exceeding our key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborating closely with our marketing squad, you'll craft strategies that drive conversions and overall business impact. We're seeking a strategic thinker with a keen eye for creativity and a knack for identifying patterns that lead to success.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels, including marketplace platforms, with a primary focus on paid social, including strategy, target analysis, ad setup, content calendar, monitoring and reporting.
  • Own the creator content organization and distribution process; work with various internal teams to ensure all content is being fully utilized.
  • Integrate paid social media advertising strategies with e-commerce marketplace initiatives on platforms such as Amazon and Walmart, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Drive campaign budgets, analyze data, and offer data-driven recommendations and adjustments to ensure campaigns are hitting performance targets.
  • Provide insights into future performance trends and contribute to media budgeting exercises on a Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly basis.
  • Partner with the product team to develop and test new landing pages and experiment with the ‘post click’ experience.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention across all digital channels.
  • Lead the paid social strategy, working in tandem with agencies and guiding them towards tangible results.
  • Provide POVs on industry topics, best practices, or new paid social marketing opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of creative strategies, sharing content concepts and inspirations to optimize ad quality.
  • Stay on top of relevant social media platforms, trends, and competitor activity – strategize accordingly.

Requirements

  • At least 7-10 years of experience in a paid social media marketing role with proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns specifically for e-commerce marketplaces, with a focus on platforms such as Amazon and Walmart Marketplace.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • Previous experience running D2C conversion campaigns.
  • Experience with advertising on TikTok and Facebook platforms is a must.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with campaign measurement and reporting.
  • Expertise in utilizing software and platforms such as MTA (Marketing Touch Attribution) and MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) measurement platforms. Experience with RockerBox or similar platforms is highly desirable.
  • Experience navigating regulated industries or controversial spaces and an understanding of the challenges of getting content approved a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Experience working with influencers or other partnerships preferred.
  • Ability to spot and troubleshoot pixel issues preferred.

Annual Pay Range $125,100.00 - $187,600.00 plus an annual bonus target of 15%

This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.

Location and Work Model

Bonafide Health headquarters are in Harrison, New York, which is in Westchester County, approximately 22 miles north of Manhattan. Our team is operating in a hybrid work model and this role will have the flexibility to work remotely part of the time and in our physical office as needed.  There is a strong preference for a metro NY-based candidate to work at least one day per week in our Harrison, NY office.  Exceptional candidates may be considered for fully remote positions; EST working hours and travel to Harrison, NY will be required.
