Job Description

Carat is hiring a Senior Manager, Paid Social to support one of our largest B2B clients.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Paid Social, you will plan and activate paid social campaigns across a variety of channels such as Meta, X, and LinkedIn, among others. You'll work with a team of junior colleagues while also working in a client-facing capacity, presenting QBRs and participating in strategy and planning meetings.

You Will...

• Plan and activate paid social media campaigns across Meta, X and LinkedIn, among other platforms.
• Manage daily paid social operations.
• Manage and/or mentor junior team members.
• Work directly with client to discuss strategy, planning.
• Present QBRs to client
• Attend planning meetings with client.
• Provide POVs both proactively and when requested
• Foster collaboration with other channels and partner with Client Services
• Act as primary point of contact for team escalation and participate in daily client communication.

Qualifications

You Have:

• 4+ years of experience in paid social media
• Previous experience managing direct/dotted-line reports and/or mentoring junior team
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables)
• Knowledge of other paid channels such as Paid Search, SEO, Display, etc.
• Experience in B2B paid social

Additional Information

The anticipated Salary Range for the position is $68,000 - $110,000. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job- related qualifications, and geography.
