Senior Manager, Partner Marketing

The Senior Manager of Marketing Services will be responsible for leading the team that creates, productizes and delivers B2C marketing services to our 60+ utility clients. This is an excellent opportunity to combine marketing expertise and client management skills towards the transition to a clean energy future.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the team that delivers marketing services to utility clients as we strive to reach device enrollment and retention goals
• Standardize and help productize marketing offerings, ensuring we can offer high-quality services and consistent value to our 60+ utility clients
• Regularly develop and present marketing recommendations and insights to key clients
• Build relationships with utility client marketing counterparts and secure buy-in for key marketing initiatives 
• Partner with the client success team to disseminate program marketing best practices
• Monitor marketing project statuses and develop processes to ensure efficient delivery of marketing services
• Create a portfolio of  knowledge base content and marketing case studies that clients can use to improve program marketing outcomes
• Identify opportunities to generate additional services revenue via enhanced marketing campaigns or reporting products
• Foster the professional growth of direct reports by developing project management, marketing and presentation skills
• Other duties as assigned

Key Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• 6-8 years of marketing experience, client-facing experience a plus 
• Strong relationship management and presentation skills in client facing roles

• A knack for distilling complexity into easy -to-understand insights
• Energy industry knowledge is a plus, or a track record of rapidly acquiring domain knowledge in a similarly complex vertical
• Intrapreneurial spirit with an ability to identify client needs and devise solutions

The salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
