Senior Manager, Partner Solutions Engineering

We are growing our Channels & Alliances Team at the management level and this role will report directly to the Vice President of Channels & Alliances. The Sr Manager, Partner Solutions Engineering will support our North American Reseller, Service Delivery and Technology Alliances teams to drive business success across our partner ecosystems.

This role will be responsible for managing the team channel sales engineers and alliance architects to drive a coordinated and consistent approach within the team’s operating model. An emphasis on developing a strategy and operational approach to proactive engagement with sales and partner teams, consistent technical solution design with our services delivery partners, design responsibilities for partner owned integrations, developing enablement programs for our partner ecosystems, and growing technical relationships across with our Resellers, MSSPs, SIs, Consultancies and Technology Alliances.

What you'll do as the Sr Manager, Partner Solutions Engineering: 

• Proactive support of North American Channel, Service Delivery and Technology Alliances Business Leaders in achieving revenue targets
• Leading and directing the Partner Solutions Team ensuring effectiveness of sales and partnership lifecycle support in a consistent operating model
• Liaison responsibilities with Presales, Product and Professional services leadership
• Provide technical demonstrations of products and services, partner enablement and technical training sessions, and manage effective Proof of Value (PoV) engagements
• Serve as a thought leader and company subject matter expert in partner solution design and enablement
• Lead the team in the design and implementation of new integrations with Technology Alliances partners for sales teams to bring to market
• Strong ability to communicate and train others to communicate technical concepts, architectures and designs, program strategies, and tactics clearly 
• Ability to coach and develop team with diverse experience levels and capabilities including career development and planning, skills development and performance management
• Identify recruits, hires and on-boards the best candidates to fill open headcount
• Strong understanding of industry climate and relevant vendors, services providers, and resellers
• Has and can help team develop strong presentation skills

What you'll bring as the Sr Manager, Partner Solutions Engineering:

• 7+ years of relevant individual contributor experience as a Sales Engineer, Architect, or Consultant
• 3+ years leading technical partner or client delivery teams
• Comprehensive understanding of Incident Detection, Incident Response, Security Operations, SIEM, EDR, Vulnerability Management, Security Orchestration and Automation Solutions, Incident Management, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to drive program results, hit deadlines, & measure team effectiveness
