YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Manager of Partnership Operations, you will drive partnership strategy and manage contract performance and accounts with your manager's direct support and mentorship as you grow your portfolio. Your role will involve implementing our services and nurturing relationships across all tiers of leadership with our payer partners. From post-contract signing to launch and beyond, your efforts will directly contribute to driving Thyme Care’s impact in healthcare.

  • Initiative Management: Seamlessly manage large cross-functional initiatives internally and externally, primarily liaising with payer partners.
  • Relationship Building: Foster robust, trusting relationships with Operations leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive Understanding: Swiftly grasp the intricacies of our business, member engagements, payer partnerships, and provider relationships and how they connect to the partnership outcomes we look to drive
  • Project Leadership: Take charge of multiple project timelines and operationalization, working towards leading partner implementations independently.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine and enhance processes for managing ongoing partner operations, ensuring efficiency and driving account performance
  • Knowledge Sharing: Based on your previous experiences, share best practices in implementation, account management, and executive relationship management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop strong relationships with assigned partners through effective stakeholder management, including leading joint operating committee meetings and providing periodic business reviews.
  • Collaborative Partnership: Partner closely with Thyme Care’s Growth team to support new health plan or risk-bearing entity sales and renewal/upsell efforts for existing partners.

As a provider of cancer care navigation, we recognize that those with cancer constitute a vulnerable population at risk of contracting COVID-19.  As such, Thyme Care employees are expected to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, subject to conflicting laws and exemptions based on medical or religious objections.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Thyme Care. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other Thyme Care employees. In accordance with New York City law, the base salary for this role, if filled within New York City, is $120,000-$145,000. The salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired in another location or at another level. We also believe that your personal needs and preferences should be considered so we allow some choice between equity and cash.
