You will serve as the subject matter expert and advisor in People related matters including employee relations, policies, processes and programming to align with the goals of the business. You are extremely driven and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to inspire confidence and trust.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of people initiatives, programs, and processes that help drive business results while enhancing company culture
- With guidance from the VP, People you will deliver operational and consultative support to internal client groups across the business
- Manage day-to-day operational support on all people matters such as employee relations, payroll, compliance, onboarding, and offboarding
- Lead the development and management of People metrics, working closely with the VP, People to support data and reporting projects such as headcount, ESG reporting, turnover, compensation analysis, etc.
- Maintain all required onboarding documents and policies, and update consistently in the HRIS to ensure compliance with employment laws
- Analyze employee engagement data in partnership with VP, People to develop actionable solutions
- Review and revise handbook and policies annually, ensuring brand is complying with all State and Local laws as outlined in the handbook and supplements
- Strategically solve problems and establish, articulate, and implement a vision for the organization as it relates to people
- Act as a key partner in implementing and streamlining performance reviews through training, communications and testing
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to identify needs, pain points, engagement concerns, communication strategies and succession planning
- An inclusive approach with the ability to build relationships, share knowledge and influence others
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferredÂ
- 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources preferably with experience in a high growth and fast paced environmentÂ
- Have a track record as a successful change agent who has leveraged an HR Business Partner model to transform operations through people
- Strong knowledge and experience with federal, state and local employment laws
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Maintains confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work based on the needs of the business and people
- Unquestionable sense of emotional intelligence, integrity, ethics and judgment
