How you’ll make an impact:
This Senior Manager, in our Learning & Inclusion team will support Learning & Inclusion’s ability to deliver on our strategic priorities, including delivery of key learning programs, like Insights Discovery and Manager and Individual Contributor curricula. You’ll be the organization’s main facilitator for key trainings, leaving a large impact on the 270 team. As a key leader on the L&I team, you’ll be exposed to all Diversity & Inclusion efforts, and can lean into owning and managing certain programs as we build them. Your strategic and creative mentality will be critical in helping to meet needs before and as they arise.Â
About the team:
The Learning & Inclusion team is a part of our People and Culture team and is seen as a strategic partner to the business. The L&I function is relatively new and evolving; there is a lot of room for growth and development in this role. Our mission is to foster a growth minded, inclusive, vibrant culture and employee experience by creating opportunities for learning that sticks.

How you’ll spend your time:
Â
Engaging & Impactful facilitation
Engaging and impactful delivery of existing and potential new programs including but not limited to New Manager and New Hire Orientation program, Insights Discovery, Manager and Individual Contributor trainingsÂ
Â
Strategic Mindset
Partner with head of L&I and team to develop and deploy overarching learning strategy
Own management of key programs including but not limited to Insights Discovery, New Manager and New Hire Orientation
Partner with key stakeholders like functional People Partners to understand development and training needs of the business and create or identify solutions to meet those needs.
Managing Diversity listening strategy, partnering with head of L&I and consultants on overall Diversity & Inclusion strategy

Program & Project Support
Act as lead and in some cases team member of prioritized L&D strategic efforts
Possess knowledge of training program design and delivery methods
Possess knowledge of learning measurement, survey best practices, and data analysis methodologies that can be leveraged to direct our employee engagement efforts
Support administration and execution of offeringsÂ
Liaison for ERG leads and supporting ERG strategyÂ
Who you are and what you’ve accomplished:
BA/BS and 5+ years in facilitation, preferably in a bio/pharma setting but we are eager to meet spectacular candidates, so please don’t hesitate to apply — we’d love to hear from you
 Ability to apply the science of learning to design and facilitate training
Ability to storyboard and story tell your vision for a training design
Ability to effectively project manage multiple projects at once
Confident and engaging public speaker and facilitator
Curious active listener; able to think of solutions and problem solve

Looking to solve difficult, messy problems like developing cell therapies for cancer—it’s hard!

Must have excellent attention to detail, project and time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
