Let's talk about Responsibilities

As the Senior Manager, People Business Partner at ResMed, you are the strategic advisor and coach to our Operations and Manufacturing Leaders and employees. You are the key focal point of entire employee lifecycle; people matters and proficiency in people operations; with the support from People Centre of Excellence (COE). You will have deep understanding of the business strategy to provide expert insight and leadership into organizational effectiveness and talent planning and development for ResMed Commercial Operations.

  • Represent People team, provide the advice to leaders in making the right people and business decisions
  • Develop and drive People local and/or regional programs and initiatives
  • Partner with leaders and business managers to define and drive people, engagement, and culture strategies in support of the overall business strategy
  • Work closely with People COE teams, management, and employees to build a high performing culture and positive employee experiences


  • Facilitate the workforce planning and change management frameworks. Leveraging on digital tools and technologies for data insights to support organization development and effectiveness, talent management and development solutions
  • Be People solutionist. Develop and implement programs that provide value-added business solutions for supporting high levels of employee engagement and productivity
  • Design and facilitate programs to enable business growth, strengthening leadership and people capabilities
  • Resolve complex employee relation issues and address grievances


Let's talk about Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum of 3 years of People advisory and business partnering experience
  • Prior experience working in Commercial Operations sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills


  • High standard of discretion and integrity
  • Proactive, excellent team player and learning agility
  • Demonstrate experience and knowledge in both strategic/tactical People core functions and current business trends
  • Excellent working knowledge of local employment laws and/or foreign labor requirements, where applicable


Travel: 30% travel within North America

Location: Los Angeles, CA; Atlanta, GA; San Diego, CA
