The Role
As the Senior Manager, People Operations, you are responsible for the heartbeat of our People team. You oversee and manage strategic aspects of Talent and Operations to ensure alignment with business objectives while enabling sustainable growth and building a positive culture.

- Strong visionary, leadership, & development skills
- Comfortable as a "hands-on" manager and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgment
- Proven experience handling confidential and sensitive information with the ability to exercise discretion and show good judgment; honesty, integrity, and trust building behaviors in all dealings is essential and required
- Effective time management and organization skills
What You Need to Succeed
- Overseeing talent acquisition and operations strategy.
- Creating and updating talent acquisition and operations processes to meet business objectives
- Ensuring that talent acquisition and operations projects fall in line with organizational objectives.
- Cultivating a culture of excellence and developing clear objectives for talent & operations..
- Building relationships with key organizations, bodies, and institutes.
- Presenting hiring, talent, and employment-related reports to the leadership team.
- Building, challenging, and motivating a team of People Operations professionals (including but not limited to Talent and Operations).
- Providing Senior Leaders with support and consultation across the business on the most complex issues including strategic workforce planning, compensation and people operations.
- Provide Senior Leaders with useful data to help guide decision making and allow the company to scale effectively and efficiently

Compensation
The salary range for this position is: $127,000 - $172,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.Â
