What You’ll Be Doing: 

We are looking for a people-first leader to join Grow as our first Senior Manager of People Operations. Grow is at a pivotal maturation point, and this Sr Manager will design and implement processes and systems that ensure Grow will continue to scale sustainably. The Sr Manager is excited to help build and retain the most talented team in our space. 

Some of the first projects you'll tackle:

  • Create a roadmap for People Operations strategy and the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including implementing systems or tools, promotions, compensation, etc.
  • Leverage data and analytics to determine where to invest our People resources, proactively identify areas to reduce inefficiencies, and better serve our employees 
  • Be a trusted partner for all things People Operations, with a focus on advising leaders on People issues, compensation, and compliance
  • Manage a small People Operations team and partner with Recruiting and IT to deliver a unified candidate and employee experience that represents Grow’s brand
  • Anticipate potential issues as we continue to Grow, and design solutions to address these

Salary range: $121,125 - $177,375

You’ll Be a Good Fit If:

  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 4 years experience as an HR leader
  • Experience leading a People Operations team at a high growth startup and have helped scale from ~150-200 FTEs to 350+ FTEs
  • Proven background in process and systems improvement 
  • Strong data analytics experience and you enjoy making data-driven decisions
  • HR expertise in benefits, compensation, systems administration, compliance, employment law, etc.
