Responsibilities

• Responsible for Personal Compliance:
• • Ensure accurate and timely completion of independence audits.
  • Oversee the completion of yearly independence requirements for partners and professional employees.
  • Assist in implementing and oversee the investment tracking system.
• Consultations & Education:
  • Assist with independence consultations from partners and employees.
  • Assist with independence education.
• Controls, policies, and procedures: assist in documenting and monitoring independence related controls and prepare reports for PCAOB inspection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field required.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience required.
• Understanding of systems, data and processes.
• Demonstrated problem solving, organization, interpersonal, project management and communication skills.
• A sense of urgency and a commitment to quality and timely completion of projects.
