What you will do
The Sr. Manager, Pre-deployment, and Site Readiness Lead will be a member of a Supply Chain readiness team. S/he will collaborate with plants, warehouses, and distribution centers to audit business processes, data objects, and operations reports to assess and measure site readiness for implementing SAP S4 HANA ERP and other process-technology transformations. Using a functional checklist, the Sr. Manager will prepare gap analysis reports and corrective action plans and initiate/engage with business unit (BU)/sites to remedy discrepancies, defects, and deviations from standards. The scope of this role will focus on a single supply chain discipline, but a solid working knowledge of end-to-end order fulfillment is required to include planning, sourcing, buying, scheduling, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and trade compliance. This role interacts with counterparts in the Information Technology Function to ensure legacy ERP and edge applications are configured and integrated to optimize business process efficiency and performance. The Sr. Manager is a change agent and catalyst for process, data, and reports excellence in operations.

How you will do it
- Develop a business readiness playbook to prepare a site for an upcoming transformation via ERP or other strategic applications.
- Understand and apply the global standard process template for each supply chain value stream (for example, Logistics, Mfg. Engineering, S&OP, Quality, and Procurement) and conduct a site gap analysis.
- Own and lead data management activities, including master data cleansing, mapping to standards, de-duplication, and defining transaction data scope. As well as assist with legacy data extraction and archival develop an archival strategy.
- Partner with BU, Function and site leaders, and Business Process Owners to Manage business process governance and action plans to achieve process standards approved in the Business Operation System; and assess operational reports and scorecard effectiveness.
- Plan, communicate, and execute as a member of a highly effective "SWAT Team" driving cross-functional workstreams to achieve transformation readiness phase objectives:
- Process, data & reports audit, and gap analysis
- Corrective action plans and actions to achieve standards
- Execute gate reviews to demonstrate achievement of readiness thresholds
- Provide regular updates on completing all critical activities, including necessary KPI scorecards to deliver on the key objectives, measured weekly during Tier meetings.
- Develop weekly executive-level reports; schedule and execute regular stage-gate review meetings with Functional leaders and other executives
What we look for
- 10+ years of experience in various roles in the Supply Chain. Well-versed in supply chain and manufacturing business processes, including supplier relationship management, planning, scheduling, and inventory management
- University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong ERP experience.
- Sophisticated program management skills in complex business environments, including coordinating multiple teams in various locations and time zones;
- Truly global professional experience with awareness of legal/regional requirements in the Americas, European, Middle East, Africa, and the Asia Pacific countries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience leading teams, including employees and contractors
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (approximately 65%)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task; use of excel and data visualization tools for analytics.
Preferred
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- MBA/Graduate level
- SAP experience is a plus
