Senior Manager- Principal Consultant

Experience:

• Should have total of 10 to 14 years of experience out of which he/she should have hands on experience on dynamic simulations for at least 4-5 years. For remaining experience, Hydrocarbon plant operations experience will be an added advantage.

Primary Skills (Must Have):

• Good Chemical Engineering fundamentals

• Should be proficient in implementation & delivery of Dynamic simulations in capacity of Lead Engineer

(using commercial OTS software i.e. Dynsim Unsim etc.)

• Good problem solving, communication, interpersonal and team playing skills.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have)

• Good understanding of various refinery processes.

• Familiarity with functionality of DCS systems from multiple vendors (Honeywell/ Yokogawa / Foxboro etc.)

• Familiarity with CMMI or equivalent quality standards for project deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• The candidate will be responsible for delivering OTS projects to End Client as per quality standards and planned schedules. The projects deliveries can be within India or outside India.

• S/he will be responsible for leading consultative discussions with customers ranging from technical and operations (process experts) during the projects.

• The candidate will need to understand and develop in-depth expertise of Process know how as well as the Engineering and automation technologies used for the projects.

Miscellaneous:

• The role will involve travel to sites for 20-30% of the time depending upon the project requirements

Education:

• B.Tech /M. Tech in Chemical Engineering
