Senior Manager, Procurement Operations

What we're looking for
We're in search of a Senior Manager, Procurement Operations who will take the Procurement function to new heights. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will lead the charge in implementing policies, processes, technology, and reporting to provide an optimized operational model that delivers customer excellence and increased business impact.
You will
- Demonstrate a deep working knowledge of the entire Source-to-Pay lifecycle and its related systems with the ability to identify inefficiencies, present detailed recommendations, gain support, and implement change programs.
- Evolve existing processes and create user-friendly training (intranet pages, presentations, and videos) to drive end-user adoption.
- Create frameworks, templates, and SLAs that standardize the method in which procurement team members accomplish their responsibilities to ensure repeatable successful outcomes.
- Oversee all function systems, including managing RPA / automation projects, building a new Helpdesk via Zendesk, enhancing Coupa and Malbek, ensuring SOX compliance, and managing the implementation of new systems and technologies.
- Manage the newly deployed Strategic Sourcing & Category Management Enablement team with a focus of delivering streamlined tactical procurement (intake, sourcing coordination, on-boarding, renewals, analytics, and customer support).
- Enhance the function's reporting capabilities with a goal of creating actionable insights and accountability.
- Lead teams through evolving their processes in support of delivering a seamless Source-to-Pay process for end-users.
- Partner with Accounts Payable to create Procure-to-Pay efficiencies.
- Support Strategic Sourcing and Category Management initiatives as needed.
You have
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- At least 7 years experience working in procurement at a technology company with first-hand expertise in all procurement related activities.
- At least 3 years experience in team management and leading through transformation.
- Deep understanding of system architecture with Coupa Admin or similar certification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (can perform complex functions and modeling).
- Stellar communication skills with the ability to influence executive-level partners.
