Job Description

OpenNet.pl is a leading provider of software solutions for the CEP (industry (Courier Express Parcel). Our main product is Trucker (ERP/TMS/CRM) helping our multiple clients handling their daily logistics operations. We have been a part of the Allegro Group since 2021 and together we are working on Allegro logistics operations and the green Allegro One Box parcel machines, of which there are over 4000 across Poland and Czech Republic! In addition, we also develop our products for others, including top brands in this industry, having a significant impact on its current and future shape.

What does this role involve

• Cooperation with local development teams on crucial projects 

• Product shaping (creating new products, revising existing ones, taking part in long-term planning)

• Developing new Hybrid & Reverse Hybrid Delivery solutions for CZ, SK, HU, HR, etc.

• Coordinating cross functional cooperation with different Technology and Business stakeholders (being a partner for business)

• Technical refactors (technical debt reduction and improved stability)

• Developing people and managing IT contractors 

• Quarterly planning / RAMP processes / OP1

• Day-to-day people management (all corporate processes EYR/Pay review), constant restructuring of teams’ composition according to business needs

• You have a 5+ experience in leading product and engineering teams

• You have logistics business knowledge (preferably)

• You are a leader who can engage and motivate the team

• You are distinguished by your analytical thinking and adaptability and flexibility

• You are experienced in managing multiple teams

• You have experience in process designing and optimization

• You have the planning, time management (based on deadlines) and stakeholder management skills 

• You have an ability to think strategically

• You have continuous improvement approach and data driven mindset

• You have the ability to work in a large organization and effectively collaborate across departments

• You are excellent at problem-solving and critical thinking

• You have excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills

• You have good written and spoken English skills
