Senior Manager, Product Design

Impact the experience of millions of customers worldwide. You’ll work closely with our user experience, engineering, and product management teams to bring visions to life, creating a seamless, user-centric, accessible experience for our customers.
Join our diverse and global UX team, providing leadership, coaching, and strategic input to co-located and distributed teams of designers. Working as a Senior Design Manager and Trio member (Product, Engineering, and UX), you’ll lead design efforts throughout the product development lifecycle, while building and strengthening a world class design team passionate about improving our customers’ lives.

Your Day to Day

• Lead with customer centricity, in collaboration with cross-functional partners
• Actively coach the team and continue to elevate UX skillsets and maturity across the organization
• Proactively build and maintain positive relationships and collaboration with cross-functional partners and UX across the organization
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and UX Leadership to define product strategy & drive UX deliverables
• Continue to develop a high-performing team by coaching, identifying resource needs, hiring, and retaining top talent
• Be known as a domain expert; serve as a reference within the team
• Have responsibility to team for meeting schedules, deadlines, and deliverables

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience managing UX teams in a lean, agile,
  and user-centric environment
• Proven methods and record of success building B2B products for both medium businesses and enterprise customers
• Experience in a SaaS environment
• Experience managing hybrid and remote teams
• Demonstrated success in nurturing a collaborative culture between design, engineering,
  and product
• Proven ability to define, develop, innovate, and garner cross-functional support for changes that promote user-centricity, efficiency, and productivity
