AICX builds modular fully configurable AI-driven agents and tools for customer experience (CX). Our platform enables enterprise clients to orchestrate workflows across QA ticket handling translation and automation. AICX operates as a strategic product initiative within the 5CA Group leveraging 25+ years of global CX experience across 75+ countries and 28+ languages.
The opportunity
AICX is entering a new phase focused on product maturity market readiness and structured scaling. We are looking for a senior leader to drive product development strategy lead and upskill an international remote team and align technology delivery with commercial outcomes. This role carries formal decision authority and end-to-end accountability for product development outcomes including delivery predictability capability building and market alignment.
Locations : South Africa North Macedonia Philippines Honduras.
Role summary
As Senior Manager – Product Development you lead a product development organization for AICX. You operate at a strategic level and ensure that product direction delivery execution and commercial readiness are aligned.
You will:

Define and drive product development strategy and prioritization

Lead and develop a fully remote international team

Partner with commercial stakeholders to align roadmaps with market and client needs

Key responsibilities
Product strategy positioning and market readiness

Define and maintain a product roadmap aligned with market trends and clients needs

Partner with commercial stakeholders to translate market signals into prioritization and release planning

Support product positioning and market-readiness activities through structured cross-functional collaboration

Engage with clients where relevant to ensure product direction is grounded in real-world use cases
Leadership organization design and performance

Lead mentor and develop an international fully remote team

Build and maintain a culture of high-performance with structured feedback and performance practices

Drive capability development succession thinking and team scalability planning

Set clear goals and success metrics across delivery performance quality outcomes and operational maturity

Hold formal decision authority on development priorities and trade-offs

What you bring
Experience
-
10+ years in software or product development management
-
10+ years in people leadership roles with a proven track record of building and scaling teams
-
Proven track record of experience shaping product strategy and driving market-aligned prioritization
-
Experience contributing to market introduction of complex technical products (in partnership with commercial teams)

Strong experience operating in international remote-first environments
Leadership profile

Strategic thinker with strong judgment accountability mindset and stakeholder maturity

Comfortable leading cross-functional alignment between product technology and commercial stakeholders

Education & language

MSc in a technical field or equivalent professional experience

English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken)
