This role is responsible for partnering with the marketing organization to deliver products and capabilities that advance the Adtech strategy for the business. In this role you will lead ideation, planning, solutioning end-to-end development and execution of best in class digital and omnichannel advertisement products at Western Union. You will lead a team of product managers and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across digital strategy, regions, engineering, legal, risk and compliance and operations to develop and execute product management strategies to drive meaningful outcomes.
Role Responsibilities

Partner with digital strategy leads to define a roadmap and build and deploy ad-tech capabilities across Western Union’s omnichannel products.

You would be building 0-1 products for ad-tech and will co-own the roadmap and success of these products.

You will work with cross-functional stakeholders across product, technology, marketing, regions, legal and will have deep product and technology understanding to build customer centric, data centric, scalable, reliable products requiring high velocity decisions.

Own end-to-end product development from product ideation, conceptualization to development and deployment, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Data driven with deep understanding technical product management and ownership of product KPIs and OKRs across the entire customer engagement journey.

Build trust and influence across teams, stakeholders, and the global organization.
Role Requirements

Experience in building, launching, and scaling AdTech products for millions of customers by connecting them to relevant advertisers.

7+ years of experience in building scalable AdTech product solutions across mobile and web with deep understanding of AdTech Ecosystem for image and video ads.

Impeccable understanding of data and metrics, exercising high quality, data driven decisioning.

Understanding and knowledge of technical product management skills which requires working with technology stakeholders in influencing technical decisions in a high velocity decision making environment.

Strong collaboration skills, able build trust and negotiate with senior teams across functions, including product, design, technology, marketing, compliance, business development and sales, and geographies to build products that delight our global customers.

Strong background in building high performing teams, developing, coaching, and mentoring diverse talent, and being a role model across global cross functional teams.

Salary
The salary range is $146,129 - $228,000 USD per year per year, total on-target earnings include short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
