The Opportunity
Adobe.com is one of the most heavily trafficked corporate websites in the world, and a primary customer interaction point for Adobe. Our product management team focuses on making adobe.com an outstanding experience for all site visitors - from consumers to enterprise customers and partners.
Working in close partnership with fellow team members across Adobe, this individual will manage product managers to drive the strategic direction and strategy for driving acquisition on Adobe.com focusing on B2B customers across Creative and Document Cloud. You will work with dedicated cross- functional teams to deliver product releases, test where appropriate, and ensure that the projects deliver relevant outcomes.
What you'll Do
- Coach, inspire, and manage Product Managers responsible for delivering web experiences that drive growth on a.com.
- Be responsible for quarterly and annual product roadmap development ensuring work aligns with the top business priorities while meeting customer needs.
- Collaborate with Design, Product Marketing, Campaign, Go to Market, and other teams to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, market validate, and launch new product ideas and innovations on adobe.com.
- Build strong working relationships with team members and partners to ensure cross- functional alignment and agreement with team priorities.
- Provide updates to senior executives and product leadership. Develop strong working relationships with key team members and partners to ensure alignment and support.
- Work with program management, web production, engineers, and product managers to pursue agreed-upon objectives while tracking, prioritizing, and communicating top issues.
- Use site data, customer feedback, competitive insights, and industry-standard methodologies to identify innovative ideas to build compelling customer experiences.
- Run cross-functional projects by providing project leadership and daily management throughout the project from inception to delivery.
What you need to succeed
- 8+ years of progressively relevant experience, 3-5 years of B2B product experience, 3 years of people management experience
- Experience building B2B site experiences by digging into customer needs, research and data
- Ability to mentor product managers and align team efforts towards achieving strategic goals
- Proven product leadership experience as both an individual contributor and a people manager
- A combination of critical thinking and pragmatic delivery to yield the best short term as well as long term results
- Ability to clearly and concisely conveys information and ideas to all levels of the organization and to use influencing skills to advance shared interests and business goals.
- Demonstrated excellence in the areas of multi-variate testing, fast iteration testing, and incorporating takeaways from testing to product innovation
- Good understanding of the business impact of the product to drive revenue and increase customer retention & satisfaction
- Collaboration skills with a consistent record to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Strong experience in defining roadmaps and delivering with teams that employ agile software development methodologies
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $114,000 -- $264,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
