The Opportunity
Are you passionate about delivering engaging digital experiences on one of the world's most visited websites? Adobe crafts extraordinary marketing experiences and our marquee events, the award-winning Adobe MAX and Summit, through Adobe.com. In 2022, an astonishing 1.26 million event videos were watched on Adobe.com! Continuing this incredible level of reach and impact with digital channels, we are developing hybrid experiences as the world reenters the in-person conferences.
We are seeking a leader who will drive the end-to-end hybrid event experiences showcasing Adobe's technologies on Adobe.com. You define the strategy, user experience, product roadmap, success metrics, and the operations. Adobe's events are highly visible both in and outside the company, and they are innovative and superb in quality. You are motivated to keep the bar high leading your own team of product managers, while coordinating a large extended team.
What you'll Do
Define the vision and strategy
- Establish events vision, strategy, goals, and metrics with Corporate & Regional partners
- Partner with design and event marketing to develop intuitive attendee experiences
- Align with Demand Gen on marketing promotion plans to improve lead generation
- Leverage customer insights to optimize and personalize user journeys for higher engagement
- Work with web production team to bring each event to life on schedule
- Merchandise the event content across Adobe.com B2C and B2B sites
- Develop team's performance, engagement, and growth, while helping coach the extended teams
- Critically review feedback from partners to build effective partnerships
- Run the budget and contracts with Finance, BizOps, and Procurement
- Integrate with product workflows to drive trials, download, and installations
- Direct the product requirements in an agile environment to deliver prioritized roadmap
- Responsible for the research, evaluation and selection of 3rd-party solutions and improve the current ones
- 5+ years of product management experience with web marketing
- 3+ years of developing a team, preferably web product managers
- BA/BS degree in a technical field preferred or equivalent practical experience. MS or MBA a plus.
- Regularly worked with digital designs and web usability. A good eye for seamless user experience.
- Use data to test hypotheses, provide options, and make compelling recommendations
- Understanding of digital marketing technologies, Adobe's Experience Cloud preferred (e.g. AEM, Analytics, Target).
- Ability to build trust and relationships and thoughtfully navigate interpersonal dynamics
- Creative problem solver, adaptability to change and open to new insights or technologies
- Experience in running 3rd party supplier contracts and budgets
- Familiarity with other geographic locations and regional needs
- Nice to have: Experience with digital events technologies (e.g. Rainfocus, Kaltura, On24, or similar), video production & streaming (Brightcove, Wistia, etc.), live chat, networking, and other interactivity tools
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $114,000 -- $264,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
