Senior Manager, Product Marketing
Job Description
As a Senior Manager, Product Marketing Manager at Service Titan, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the teams Center of Excellence (this houses competitive intelligence, release marketing, and additional horizontal initiatives to support the Service Titan brand) spanning Service Titan, Aspire and Field Routes. You will be responsible for all horizontal activity across the audiences we serve from activating market and competitive trends, understanding customer needs, and developing effective marketing strategies to position our products as leaders in the market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, Business Development, Enablement and Marketing, to ensure the successful launch, activation and adoption of our products by all our audiences.
What you'll do:
- Lead the competitive intelligence team, help to drive strategy, activate win/loss and support execution of priorities such as in-depth research and analysis of competitors' products, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Identify the best way to curate and enable competitive content to all relevant teams.
- Develop and maintain competitive intelligence materials, including battle cards, competitive playbooks.
- Collaborate with Audience PMM, Product Management and Enablement to understand upcoming product releases and define marketing strategies to drive adoption and market penetration.
- Work cross functionally to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our products in the market.
- Create and execute quarterly release program, including customer communication plan, partnering to support sales training, and marketing campaigns.
- Lead and manage horizontal PMM initiatives that span across multiple products/brands.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to develop and execute marketing programs that support the overall business objectives as they relate to Partnerships, APIs and AI.
- Partner with Marketing teams to develop compelling marketing collateral, campaigns, and sales tools.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, competitive intelligence, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of product marketing principles, go-to-market strategies, and competitive analysis.
- Experience in the software or technology industry is highly preferred.
- Experience managing high performing team, ability to plan and execute
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products in a competitive market.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $137,000 - $196,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
