In this role, you'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Product leadership to bring VidMob's innovative products to market and ensure we hit our product adoption and revenue goals. You will own the inbound and outbound product marketing strategy and bring it to new heights through compelling messaging and strategies you define, develop, and implement. Your insights will equip your partners in Product and Sales with in-depth knowledge of our market, customers, and competition.

Annual base salary range for this role performed in New York is $121,000-$168,000.
Annual base salary range for this role performed in California is $128,000-$175,000.
Total compensation will also include equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k).

In this role, you'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Product leadership to bring VidMob's innovative products to market and ensure we hit our product adoption and revenue goals. You will own the inbound and outbound product marketing strategy and bring it to new heights through compelling messaging and strategies you define, develop, and implement. Your insights will equip your partners in Product and Sales with in-depth knowledge of our market, customers, and competition.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day execution of key product marketing activities - including customer research, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, analyst relations, release messaging, content creation, and overall go-to-market positioning
- Represent the voice of our customers - get to know our customers and their pain points, advocate for them and be their voice in the product roadmap ensuring the right features are being defined and built
- Be the expert on our buyers - Understand and document our buyer's process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when, and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn
- Understand the competitive landscape - be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned and keep the GTM team informed
- Understand and support our sales teams - train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it (i.e. one-pagers, sales decks, cheat sheets)
- Develop a marketing plan for our products in conjunction with our broader marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers
- Conduct win/loss analysis to better understand how our product messaging and sales approach resonates with our target audience
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure cohesive and effective execution of product launches; develop product launch plans, recommend pricing strategies and customer engagement programs to drive product adoption and support customer adoption
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in a B2B Enterprise SaaS environment
- You have a passion for leading and executing on strategic initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders, always keeping our customers' needs top of mind
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business teams, representing the voice of the partner and customer, and finding creative ways to engage and get feedback from them
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to research, understand, and have empathy for customers
- An analytical leader, with demonstrated capabilities conducting and interpreting quantitative and qualitative research and distilling into actionable key takeaways
- Experience in product launches, pricing strategy, and sales enablement
- Adtech/Martech Startup or Scaleup experience, preferred
