About the Role

As a member of the Sales Finance & Analytics team, you will play a critical role in the Finance organization by providing financial analysis/modeling to forecast and assess the outcomes of revenue and client growth initiatives across the organization. As the Senior Manager - Product & Marketing Finance you will be a close business partner to a number of teams across the organization including, but not limited to, Product, Marketing, Growth Algorithms, Strategy and the broader FP&A organization. You will work with these teams to support strategic planning and sales forecasting, which will include building models and reporting for ROI assessments. To excel in this role you will need strong analytical skills and an ability to develop new business measurement systems and processes. You have the ability to quickly learn Stitch Fix’s financial model and high-level strategic goals, while also being able to dig into the details. The Senior Manager - Product & Marketing Finance will be able to effectively distill findings from complex analyses and communicate key takeaways to an executive-level audience.

  • Directly lead a team of Financial Analysts in developing new ROI models, processes and analytics to evaluate strategic initiatives
  • Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders in the Product and Marketing organizations, as well as with the Finance and Strategy teams
  • Partner closely with Marketing to evolve our measurement methodology leveraging media mix modeling, last click attribution, customer lifetime value analysis and cost per acquisition modeling
  • Leveraging enhanced measurement methodology, partner closely with Marketing to analyze and influence our investment strategy   
  • Develop a deep understanding and expertise of Stitch Fix’s key client-based metrics and the financial implications of changes to current outcomes
  • Regularly present your analyses to a VP/C-suite audience to drive data-backed decision making
  • Be a key contributor to strategic planning, long range planning, annual budgeting and monthly forecasting by providing input assumptions based on initiative sizing
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and scenario modeling to drive strategic decision-making

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years of experience in FP&A, consulting, private equity and/or investment banking roles showing progressing responsibility through your career; an MBA is preferred, but not required 
  • You have strong people management skills, with experience building and developing a team 
  • You have advanced skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • You have advanced skills in building ROI models (NPV, DCF, IRR) and communicating financial impact in an engaging and clear manner
  • You possess strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving and project management skills
  • You’re able to identify opportunities for business improvement and take initiative to drive necessary changes
  • You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proven success partnering and collaborating across a wide spectrum of functions 
  • You have experience presenting to a C-level audience at a large, public company
  • You work well in a demanding, fast-paced environment and can manage many competing priorities
  • You’re highly self-motivated, you have a stellar work ethic and you’re looking for the right company to support your growth potential
  • Remote Work Mode: This position is primarily remote; however, the ideal candidate will be based in the San Francisco Bay Area (CA), with the ability to attend occasional in-person meetings or collaboration opportunities as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

Our anticipated compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and the range below indicates the low end of the lowest-compensated market to the high end of the highest-compensated market. This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance. In addition, the position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. Applicants should apply via our internal or external careers site.
Salary Range
$182,000—$194,000 USD
