About the role & team:
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Product Strategy and Operations to join our Product Management team. The team drives strategic Product growth initiatives and heavily contributes to long term growth strategy, strategic planning, operational improvements, and works closely with cross functional partners for prioritizing product investments across our product portfolio, partnerships, and potential acquisitions. You will have the opportunities to work closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and executive leaders across the organization to shape strategy and drive operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop deep know how and understanding of RingCentral's business & performance.
- Market Research: Conduct primary and secondary market research to inform decision making. Period updates on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Product Strategy & Analytics: Develop consistent usage metrics across all product areas, generate business insights and develop strategic business cases outlining opportunities that unlock potential value.
- Product Operations: Lead execution of strategic initiatives & growth opportunities across all product domains.
- Cross Functional Alignment: Work with cross functional teams such as Product, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, CSM, Services, Finance, and Corporate Development, to plan and execute strategic initiatives.
- Executive Presentations: Support communication efforts with executive staff and Board of Directors.
Minimum qualifications:
- 5+ years of work experience with growing levels of responsibility
- 2+ years of experience with a top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy & operations at a high-growth company
- Top-tier undergraduate and master's degrees (MBA preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Excellent strategic, problem-solving & analytical skills and ability to synthesize a compelling story to drive alignment and outcomes.
- Experience with managing M&A integration.
- Strong project management skills; project management experience leading complex projects.
- Analytical mindset with strong financial modeling and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships.
- Experience with executive-level engagement as business, operational, and strategic thought partner
- Experience with enterprise software / SaaS industry, unified communication, contact center, collaboration and cloud technology strongly preferred.

If you are hired in Belmont, the base salary for this position is between $172,000 and $215,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
