About this Role

Fandom is growing! Our Senior Manager of Product Management - Traffic and Loyalty. You will be responsible for Traffic / SEO growth (Monthly Active Visitors - MAV), and manage at least one product manager in User Loyalty and Return Visits. Fandom is based in Poland and the United States, so you must be comfortable accommodating multiple time zones. You will report to our VP of Product. You can work with us remotely in Poland.

Your team will create the best experiences and capabilities for content creators and consumers alike across all Fandom products with a focus on Traffic Acquisition, User Retention, MAVs and Sessions Per User Per Month. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle and collaborate with partners from groups across the company including senior leadership, community, revenue, marketing, product, engineering, design, data and more.

You Will...
  • Define the vision, roadmap and goals for products and features focused on increasing the number of visitors
  • Lead a team of product managers across the Community, TV / Movies and Gaming products with a focus on increasing the number of users who return, and their frequency of re-visitation
  • Create support for the product vision with internal and external partners
  • Partner with our community team to lead feature adoption and user engagement
  • Develop the best experiences while balancing the need to produce revenue through Ad products
  • Define success for yourself and your team - how it will be measured, and how it improves company-wide goals
  • Represent your team's achievements, and report on progress toward measurement goals
  • Use data and machine learning to produce structured data and cross-linking across Fandom properties
  • Use A/B testing, UX research, and other data, both quantitative and qualitative to inform product decisions and prioritization
You Have...
  • 6+ years of product management experience with 2+ years managing product teams with a focus on Traffic acquisition and retention
  • Deep experience with Data-driven Incremental A/B testing or online controlled experiments against goals
  • Driven large-scale web content sites (50MM+)with an advertising-based revenue model.
  • Teach and lead your product team to achieve data-driven KPIs from an experimentation mindset
  • Tell stories with your presentations (slide decks, written, internal and external)
  • Experience with Content creators and consumers alike (UGC or User Generated Content)
  • Collaborate and build relationships with company partners - Insights/Analytics, Engineering, Data
