Senior Manager, Projects

Job Description

To manage and coordinate the execution of a portfolio of projects, through the leadership of cross-functional teams and project managers in order to deliver large scale business solutions within the required parameters in terms of scope, cost and quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Commerce or Project Management
• Must have more than 10 years Significant experience required in leading a team of project managers in order to drive the delivery of large scale change Programmes in order to enable the execution of strategic business solutions. Must Have worked on complex projects
• Have understanding of the Standard bank environment
• Must be able to define the scope of work, understand who the key stakeholders are and have the ability to build relations. Must be able to map out and Operationalise the plan of action. 
• keep to timelines of the project ,monitor and track progress & report on progress and must be able to mitigate risks
