Job Summary
Operates as a subject matter expert for the value and income constrained segment, working with Director, Prospect Activation to develop and execute audience-led go-to-market acquisition and optimization plans that highlight how the Comcast product suite aligns to the unique needs of those groups. This includes growth-oriented marketing programs & investment decisions to win new internet and mobile customers, grow awareness of the Xfinity's value portfolio, Internet Essentials (IE) and prepaid internet products, as well as support enrollment in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). Works in close partnership with cross-functional teams (HQ and field, across both the Corporate and Cable teams) for critical input into strategic initiatives and execution plans. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with business and political savvy combined with a track record of operational success. Looking for a strong collaborator and self-starter who is comfortable operating independently and capable of managing projects from conception to execution with minimal involvement from their manager.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Partners with other members of the Growth Operations team to align strategies for the value and income constrained segments, considering the balance and interplay of national, regional and local activation.
- Supports headquarters and field engagement teams, building and managing a full ecosystem approach to grow customer relationships with the value and income constrained audiences, orchestrating internal partners and external program elements across marketing, sales, product, PR, government affairs, community investment and beyond.
- Accelerate and optimize value and income constrained audience growth with ACP, driving growth with subsidy programs for internet and mobile product suite.
- Inform and partner on value and income constrained segment activation within other programs and channels such as movers, students, event marketing.
- Manage in-quarter plan adjustments and optimizations as needed to meet business objectives.
- Assess performance and return of Income Constrained programs and investments, feeding insights back in to inform strategies/plans/programs.
- Maintain a consolidated national and division income constrained marketing POR.
- Prioritizes partnership and collaboration to influence execution that achieves shared goals in a highly matrixed environment.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in strategy, marketing, product or sales
- Strong business acumen to be able to work cross functionally with many different teams in a matrixed environment
- Natural collaborator with exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Proven success with developing creative ideas for go to market strategies and executing on those ideas
- Comfortable working through ambiguity on projects and can look at the bigger picture to develop a strategic plan
- Ability to leverage data to tell a story on key findings and learnings
- Self-starter and able to take ownership of projects
