About the Team
Do you have a passion for leadership excellence? Are you ready to take your knowledge of programs, releases, team building and problem solving and put them to work collaborating and delivering innovative solutions to business challenges? As a Senior Manager, Program Management Office you'll lead a high performing group of Program managers to deliver on a broad range of strategic growth initiatives; from customer impacting changes to resolving our toughest business challenges.
About the Role
What would you do all day?
- Lead, manage, coach and grow a team of Program managers to deliver on business objectives
- Challenge the status quo - collaborate with the leadership team to raise the bar on program excellence
- Work across multiple engineering and operations teams to deliver the Product & Technology vision to our customers
- Identify & track key success criteria, drive change and implement solutions for each program or across the team
About You
We're looking for folks who have

- Proven success in collaborating across multiple management and executive teams
- A bias for action and a proven ability to get things done
- Prior people manager experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
It's essential that you have
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline (or equivalent professional experience and training)
- Minimum 10 years experience with Software Engineering, Product Management, Project Management, Program Management or Release Management
- Experience working in Enterprise Applications development or Operations
