We are now looking for a Senior Manager Quality Development & Continuous Improvement EMEIA who will be located in our factory in Mills River, NC or Dixon, IL.

We are seeking a driven and result-oriented individual to lead Quality Development and prioritize Continuous Improvement (CI) activities for Americas region. As a member of our Global Operations Management Team and Steering Team for Global Quality Development & CI, you will collaborate with network of quality and CI professionals across our three factories in Americas region. Your focus will be on improving product quality in manufacturing and with addressing issues such as raw material quality and product design with both internal and external stakeholders. What you will do
- Coach factory teams to promote high-quality standards and a strong food safety culture, ensuring collaboration with factory management and quality teams
- Work with Technical Support and factories to maintain and improve claim handling services for customers
- Ensure effective and globally aligned quality control processes
- Ensure the requirements of management system policies, targets, and standards are met. Coordinate internal and external audits, management reviews, and improve management systems globally in collaboration with other regions
- Support distribution terminals within the region and ensure the use of best practices in quality and food safety
- Collaborate with other internal organizations to create and maintain quality and food safety roadmaps, delivering systematic and proactive improvements
- Coordinate any widespread quality or food safety issues, ensuring preparedness for potential food safety recalls or crisis management cases
- Follow up on quality and food safety performance, raising awareness of improvement opportunities
- Participate to prioritization of Continuous Improvement activities globally and set the priorities for Americas region
Who you are
- You have technical education to degree level
- You have background in quality, continuous improvement, or technical customer support
- You have knowledge and experience on quality, food safety and continuous improvement management systems, standards and tools. Experience in coating or product development in pressure sensitive labelling industry is beneficial
- You have knowledge of the label converting, end-uses, and the products manufactured
- You have a Lean Sigma certificate
- You understand complex topics and interdependencies and are able to communicate them to others in an easy-to-understand manner
- You have leadership, coaching and team management skills, along with good cooperation and networking skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills are essential
- You are fluent in written and spoken English

Ability to travel: approximately 20% of the time.
Workplace type: hybrid (2/3 days on-site)
