About This Opportunity
In this role, you will provide revenue guidance for both the day-to-day operations as well as strategic long-term initiatives. You will report to the Director, Revenue Growth Strategy & Management (RGM), and be a key business partner to the Customer and Commercial teams with a focus on National Accounts.
Responsibilities
• Ownership of the annual revenue plan for a portfolio of the LS (Large Store) retail channel, enabling the organization to achieve its economic targets of revenue, volume, mix and rate
• Process stewardship for all LS customer investments (trade spend), lead ROI assessments and the management of risks and opportunities to support profitable revenue growth

• Lead scenario analysis and decision making for both customer and brand opportunities
• Integrate and adopt trade promotion optimization and trade spend optimization insights
• Action insights from the commercial and finance teams for product portfolio optimization, brand health, pricing optimization, and customer requests
• Monitor trends in the industry, sales, general business conditions, and other related areas and make recommendations for change as needed
• Actively participate in long range projects as a subject matter expert
• Lead the month end performance analysis and executive review for specific customers
• Lead, coach and develop direct report
Qualifications
• 5+ years related work experience
• University degree: Economics, Business Administration, Analytics or related field
• Demonstrated ability to provide strong business partnership by providing exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Strong collaboration skills required to work with key stakeholders across different functions
• Strong ability to problem solve using unique and innovative solutions
• Ability to present a customer-back and consumer-first mindset to a broad array of stakeholders
• Experience with P&L management and analysis, strong financial acumen
• Nielsen experience is an asset
• Power BI and/or data science experience an asset
• Team management experience an asset
