1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. About The Role:
As a leader within Headway’s Revenue Operations org, reporting to the Head of Revenue Strategy & Revenue Operations, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build, shape, and lead an operational function directly responsible for unlocking Headway’s growth to drive provider activation, retention, and share of wallet.Â
As Headway scales to deliver high quality behavioral healthcare for millions of people across the country, the complexity of the operational landscape within which we operate has also increased exponentially. To this end, in our journey to build next generation healthcare growth infrastructure, we’re seeking an operational leader to grow and shape a truly mission-critical function responsible for scaling Headway’s growth engine.
This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity that will place you in the driver’s seat to impact business-defining outcomes, and redefine the gold standard for growth operations, while leading a world-class team within one of America’s fastest growing startups.
You will:Â
- Drive E2E growth funnel optimization to maximize and accelerate activations and appointments per provider, while minimizing churn.Â
- Continuously assess conversion metrics across the growth funnel to identify key areas of opportunity to accelerate growth.Â
- Collaborate x-functionally to have an immediate impact on identified areas of opportunity (either by leading projects or working through collaboration with other functions such as: marketing, sales, customer success, and enablement)
- Own Headway’s growth forecasting model to ensure accomplishment of company goals through accurate projections of leads, pipeline, and quota per sales representative, working closely with Strategic Finance
- Support strategic pipeline generation by managing strategic outbound campaigns to win in key markets and customer segments, and collaborating x-functionally to drive referrals and prospects re-engagement.
- Build a brand new strategy function within Revenue Operations
- Hire and develop a high-performing team
You’d be a great fit if...
- You have 6+ years of experience in strategic management consulting and/or experience in Business Operations or Strategy roles in high growth startups. Prior experience in Growth function is a nice to have.
- Data is your first language; you derive satisfaction from building systems that surface and drive ; you naturally break down complex, unfamiliar problems into well-defined, easy to understand areas of work
- You have a passion for and experience leading teams and managing people in an operational/analytical capacity; you are excited about coaching more junior team members and creating space for learning
- You are skilled at managing senior cross-functional stakeholders and navigating complex relationships to drive business outcomes; you naturally build win-win relationships that drive mutual success in the long term
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary information is based on a single salary target per role and is differentiated based on geographic location (Group A, B, or C)
- Group A: $190,000
- Group B: $171,000
- Group C: $152,000
- Examples of cities located in each Compensation Grouping:
- Group A = NYC/Tri-State Area, SF/Bay Area, LA Area, Seattle, Boston, Austin, and San Diego
- Group B = Chicago, Miami, Denver, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Minneapolis, Nashville, Sacramento, Phoenix, and Portland
- Group C = All remaining cities
