Job Description: Senior Manager, Revenue Operations
You will report to VP GTM Operations
The Revenue Operations team is seeking a Senior Manager with experience in defining, executing and scaling enterprise-wide Go-To-Market Sales Initiatives. This role will work cross functionally to execute on critical initiatives for the business.
Sample projects include using data to define sales plays supported by the global sales methodology, and the implementation of the associated sales tools along with tracking completion and KPI's to ensure success.
Role Responsibilities
- Define and drive complex, transformational, cross-functional initiatives such as New Business and Cross-sell campaigns, Vertical differentiated GTM motions
- Define project/program management structure and cadence to ensure that prioritized Initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently. Collaborate with the leadership team to resolve risks to execution
- Drive performance measurement, ensure performance targets are met, and define capabilities for predictive analytics that support executive decision making
- Using data and analytics, work with relevant stake-holders to define and scope additional initiatives as needed to drive gains in sales productivity, customer acquisition, product-specific growth, frontline rep performance, demand generation, partner contribution etc.
Must Have Skills
- 10+ years total experience with 3-4+ years experience in management consulting or strategy leadership roles in hi-tech or software industry
- Previously worked closely with sales organizations - or been a part of a sales team
- BA/BS degree or equivalent educational background required. MBA preferred
- Prioritize, organize, and execute
- Must have desire and ability to work cross-functionally
Desired Incremental Skills
- Sales and/or marketing experience is a plus
- Structure and manage complex cross-enterprise projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels
- Ability to lead and manage projects with multiple workstreams, with proven leadership success over a wide variety of functional business problems
- Demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor, and ability to structure and analyze sophisticated financial modeling
