Why this role
Evolve is the largest tech-enabled, asset-lite provider of vacation rental management services in North America and we’re looking for a Senior Manager, Owner Acquisitions to help us develop and implement transformative property acquisition strategies. Reporting to our Director of Owner Acquisitions, you will have the opportunity to define, execute and scale enterprise-wide initiatives designed to dramatically increase Evolve’s properties under management and the services we provide for them.
As a Senior Manager on the Owner Acquisitions team, you will lead a group of 5-6 sales and/or sales development managers and up to 60 individual contributors varying in experience and tenure. This leader will contribute to ongoing efforts to refine our sales strategy and the results that this leader’s team produces will drive material acceleration in Evolve’s owner acquisition process.

What you’ll do
Hire, support, enable and develop a growing team of up to 60 Evolvers (managers and reps)
Review key performance indicators regularly, manage your teams to meet or exceed monthly sales goals and report out to leadership on trends and forecasts
Collaborate with our Learning & Development Team to design and implement training programs for new and existing teammates
Identify and action opportunities for process optimization with the objective of continually improving the experience for your teammates as well as our collective team results
Empower your managers to do their best work by understanding the dynamics of their respective teams, by challenging them to think critically about individualized strategies and by sharing ideas from your personal experience leading individual contributorsÂ
Align your team to Evolve’s hospitality standards and reinforce this vision at every step in the customer journey
What makes you a great fit
8+ years of inside sales or relevant experience
5+ years experience in full-funnel sales leadership required
1+ years experience leading sales leaders and multiple specializations within a sales organization
Proven ability to monitor and analyze business trends while being able to translate reports and data points into actionable insights that drive improved performance
A demonstrated and comprehensive understanding of best practices with regard to full-funnel sales including sales development, sales, and onboarding functions.Â
Successfully managed a large team with both direct and skip level reports and has demonstrated the development of others.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to be articulate and direct, both in a group setting and one on one
A bias for action and pragmatic, yet creative, “outside the box” solutions that prove you to be a valuable business partner
An unparalleled sense of urgency and commitment to getting stuff done without sacrificing quality or experience
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple competing priorities
A reputation for discretion, integrity, judgment, responsiveness, strong attention to detail and common sense
Experience leading and growing a Sales Development organization in its early stages
Proven ability to lead a large team through a rapidly changing and high growth environment

Compensation
For this role compensation is based on a base plus commission. Our base salary is $106,000-$122,000 based on experience. This role is eligible to earn an uncapped monthly commission (with on target earnings of 50% of annual salary) based on team/ individual performance.
