The Role:

The Senior Manager of Sales and Bookings FP&A will report to the Director of FP&A and be responsible for providing analysis, reporting, and forecasting of the company's sales and bookings activities, as well as overseeing sales operations, commissions, and providing sales support. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, working with Salesforce reports, advising on compensation plan design, and providing sales support.

How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Develop and maintain sales and bookings models, forecasts, and analyses
  • Analyze sales and bookings performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Design and own reports such as pipeline aging, sales scorecard, and sales efficiency
  • Measure the accuracy of projected close dates and other inputs from the sales organization including pipeline coverage needed to hit bookings targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales and bookings processes and implement best practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to ensure their professional growth and development
  • Measure the accuracy of projected close dates and other inputs from the sales organization to interpret Salesforce data in terms of pipeline coverage needed to hit bookings targets
  • Advise on compensation plan design and help ensure that sales compensation plans are aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee the calculation and payment of commissions for the sales team
  • Assist with the design and analysis of commission plans to ensure they align with business objectives
What You Bring to The Team:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies
  • Experience working with Salesforce reports
  • MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Proven ability to manage a team and provide mentorship and guidance

Pay Transparency
Final offer amounts are determined by a variety of factors including candidate experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, market location, and internal compensation equity.
Compensation Range
$141,200β€”$188,300 USD
