About the Team
The Global Sales Compensation team is a small but dynamic team that manages commissions and incentives for over 2400 payees at Zoom. Our goal is to be a highly efficient organization through automation and improved processes, to scale to Zoom's demanding needs. You will report to the Global Head of Sales Compensation and be a catalyst for driving end to end system automation, integration, efficiencies and bringing happiness to our sales organization.
About the Role
  • Manage 2 individuals on the team by providing leadership, coaching and development opportunities for their career growth
  • Lead and manage all projects relating to Sales Compensation Systems, including source data inputs to the ICM system, optimizing configuration of the ICM system and outputs of compensation data to other systems.
  • Manage all task relating to maintenance of Incentive Compensation System
  • Ensure accurate source data load for calculations and commission payments to our sales organization
  • Partner with the Sales Comp Strategy & Design team to understand new plan changes. Design and implement the changes in a scalable way within our Incentive Compensation system while aligning to our Compensation Plan documents and policies
  • Support Sales Comp Operations team with payroll and accrual reviews, adjustment requests, manual data loads, and reconciliation efforts
  • Collaborate with teams to drive system integration and automation to enhance business process
  • Partner with Sales Operations team and People Experience team in managing data inputs with considerations on system capabilities
  • Own the key system SOX controls, including documentation of workflows, maintaining evidence and working with both internal and external auditors during regulator reviews of our systems.
  • Other projects and requests relating to data analysis, report building, process improvement, documentations

About You
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, developing sales compensation systems
  • Experience with Xactly or other sales compensation systems. Xactly Connect experience is desirable.
  • Knowledge of incentive compensation plan structures
  • Strong understanding of SalesForce, Anaplan, Snowflake, ORCL Financials, Workday and Zuora.
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field of study
