Senior Manager, Sales Operations - Huntersville, NC

The Blueprint (Role Profile)

This role leads the identification and sharing of Sales Operations best practices within the NA sales discipline. This leader is responsible for developing and executing a collaborative change agenda with ATG Sales leadership that delivers consistent methods, process, and tools for planning and selling. The position is focused on driving enterprise efficiency, unlocking trapped capacity, enabling omni sales execution, and cultivating the salesforce of the future. This position currently leads 3 people involving Salesforce.com and Fleet management.

The Build (Responsibilities)

• Represents the COE view of Sales Operations strategy and priorities with the ATG sales teams, partnering with Sales leadership and collaborating with cross-functional leadership to deliver and elevate a consistent omni-channel sales execution methodology for ATG.

• Leads the Sales Operations discipline / org within ATG and BUs, highlighting best practices, and deploying capabilities that enable planning and sales execution excellence.

• Coordinate the development and maintenance of centralized selling resources, contract process management, any/all sales/customer distribution list and collateral (i.e., customer contact list, customer calendar, pricing files, sales policies).

• Drives the company fleet strategy, policy, and management of the ATG Fleet and Sales Administrator to drive our policy and ensure compliance while looking for ways to cut costs and increase safety.

• Partners with Sales Leadership to drive a standard ATG Annual Planning and Monthly Operating Rhythm as well as ensure the standard Billing and Forecasting process is maintained/utilized to deliver/exceed annual budget, market share goals, and weighted forecast accuracy attainment.

• Leads the development of a standardized Customer Calendar, Annual Account Planning Cadence, and Monthly Selling Operating Imperatives across ATG.

• Monthly KPI reporting (automated and with key leader inputs) and Omni Metrics & KPIs, driving consensus among Leadership/Sales on the required metrics and KPIs to run an omni business.

• Leads Long Range Planning process development and the Annual Account Planning process in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and BU leadership to generate optimum results for ATG.

The Toolbox (Qualifications)

• University or four-year college degree; MBA preferred.

• 5-8+ years combined sales operations, sales, channel management, and/or brand management experience.

• Ability to analyze and assess organizational needs and provide solutions accordingly

• Ability to effectively work with, influence and connect with all levels of employees across multiple functions and geographies.

• Strong project planning, tracking & organizing skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to present data in an organized manner.
