We're seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Operations - CRM to join our fast-growing team to help lead strategy, development, and administration for our Sales CRM, supporting our Corporate Solutions and Catering Partner sales organizations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Sales CRM experience (i.e. Salesforce Sales Cloud, Sales Hub Hubspot) specifically in administration, development, and optimization, and a proven track record of building efficient, scalable sales CRM processes to enable complex, multi-org sales teams. Further, the candidate will excel at working cross-functionally with all members of the organization gathering requirements to develop longer-term roadmaps, removing obstacles, and ultimately drive productivity and efficiency within both sales organizations.
What You'll Do:Â
- Lead implementation, initial adoption, and development of Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM for Corporate Solutions and Catering Partner Sales Organizations. Build, own, and execute against 1+yr development roadmap to support evolving Go-to-Market motions.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (including Corporate Solutions and Catering Partner teams, Marketing, Product and Technology teams) to understand needs, recommend new systems, and establish processes to increase the scalability and effectiveness of the both sales organizations.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing department to refine lead qualification and assignment processes. Identify areas of optimization; work with Marketing Ops to implement.
- Design, build, and implement lead and account handoff processes to enable seamless transitions for each step of the sales and customer journey.
- Design, build, and evolve Parent / Child Account Hierarchies to support multi-point Acquisition and Retention strategies for Mid Market and Enterprise Partners.
- Design and implement CRM processes connecting Sales Teams with teams that support acquisition and retention of potential Partners (e.g. Legal and Finance).
- Build processes, audit mechanisms, and utilize best practices to maintain data quality standards.
- Create workflows and sales processes focusing on automation, efficiency, and data entry reduction to increase rep productivity.
- Own and continuously assess the optimization and usage of all sales enablement technologies (includes CRM, LinkedIn, Zoominfo, Gong, telephony, etc.). Update and integrate new functionality as business needs dictate.
- Establish a multi-function team focused on establishing CRM best practices, driving user adoption, piloting new feature testing, and improving overall functionality.
What You Have:Â
- 5+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud administration and/or development experience.
- 3+ years experience selecting, administering, implementing, and integrating B2B CRM and Sales Enablement platforms with a deep understanding of how systems integrate.
- 1-3+ years of experience building, managing, and developing a high-performing team.
- Proven Experience building sales CRM processes to enable complex, multi-org sales teams as well as improving and scaling existing systems (within both Salesforce and Hubspot).Â
- Data-driven, analytical thinker who can derive insights from data to improve process, training, and integration
- Experience working with cross-functional team members proposing strategy and leading initiatives from concept to post-implementation iterative stages.Â
- Experience building CRM Solutions capable of supporting multiple sales orgs with well-designed object architecture (e.g. varying Parent / Child hierarchies).
- Past Experience increasing user adoption and increasing overall user rating of the CRM.
- Past experience leading a remote or hybrid team, and proven ability to hire, coach and develop successful team members
- Detailed examples showcasing ability to implement work management and prioritization systems.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- An incredible eye for detail and a love of process and organization
- A passion for coordinating between multiple departments and maintaining relationships
- An ability to distill complex ideas and data into easy-to-absorb information for a non-technical audience as well as understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
The national cash compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $216,000*.
