Why this role
Evolve is looking for our next dynamic leader to lead our Sales Planning & Operations team. The focus of the team is to understand the goals of the business and design and manage the processes and programs that impact our two primary stakeholder groups - vacation rental owners and customer-facing team members. The ideal leader will make maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of current and future work flows within the Sales organization their goal every day, and ensure that we as an organization drive to consistent execution & increased productivity. They will provide strategic direction for how our Sales organization does their best work, today and in the future as we grow the teams.
Improving the Owner and customer-facing team members’ experience is paramount to this role. Our ideal candidate will have an eye for precision and efficiency and experience implementing high impact optimizations that compliment as well as challenge our existing strategy. This candidate will oversee and develop processes to increase productivity, teamwork and quality, and provide leadership on business processes and promote a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
- Lead, enable and develop the Planning & Operations teamÂ
- Own PA processes and articulate the business goals, needs, and impacts for the Sales organization to other stakeholders
- Develop and maintain business relationships across departments within the PA organization and cross-functionally across Evolve
- Leverage data, performance, and feedback insights to strategically optimize for maximum conversion of our inbound and outbound sales efforts
- Evaluate and maintain processes and strategies within the Sales organization to ensure maximized productivity and efficiency
- Lead and design process improvements and implementations for strategic initiatives with a focus on organizational impact defining risks and opportunities, change management, and planning
- Enforce policies and procedures. Determine procedures, resolve operational issues and ensure members of the PA organization receive required information and documentation to perform their tasks efficiently
What makes you a great fit
- 8+ years direct experience in sales, sales ops or similar functions, experience in sales management preferred and 3+ years experience in people leadership required
- A demonstrated and comprehensive understanding of best practices with regard to sales and onboarding functions
- Extensive experience with Salesforce required, Certified Salesforce Administrator or better preferred
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple competing priorities with an unparalleled sense of urgency and commitment to getting stuff done without sacrificing quality or experience
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information, formulate a recommendation and own implementation
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trusted partnerships with colleagues at all levels
- Strong verbal & written communication skills (including facilitation, listening & presentation skills)Â
- A bias for action and pragmatic, yet creative, “outside the box” solutions that prove you to be a valuable business partner
- Ability to successfully prioritize a diverse workload to meet deadlines, and stakeholder expectations
- Good flexibility, adaptability and sense of accountability
LocationÂ
We currently are able to hire throughout the U.S except in the following states: California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New Mexico and Pennsylvania. If you live in Colorado, you can work remotely anywhere in the state, at our downtown Denver office, or a hybrid of both!
Compensation
For this role our salary range is $136,000 to $156,000 depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.
