What you'll own:

• Responsible for the delivery of high-quality, enterprise grade features and enhancements supporting key projects and initiatives
• Finding opportunities for process improvement and work creatively to make measurable change on how we develop and deliver solutions.
• Helping to identify tooling, to improve the delivery processes, optimizing speed, quality and predictability.
• Document development practices and processes within our technical document library.
• Partner with parallel development teams, contractors, IT-PMO, IT and business leadership in coordinated development and communication efforts.
• Identifying high-potential candidates and mentor them to grow with us as the next generation of Salesforce professionals.

Experience you'll need:

• Requires a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience with Salesforce developing and administering Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or CPQ.
• Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II Certification Desirable.
• Proven track record of analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Experience working on a Scrum Team.
• Experience working with internationally distributed, remote teams.
• Experienced in technical writing and documenting process and procedures.
• Experienced creating succinct and impactful presentations.
