Senior Manager, SAP Architecture

Position Overview:

For our The Coca-Cola Global Delivery Center in Sofia, we are looking for an SAP Data Architect to lead and contribute to the design, development and management of data and analytics solutions that drive business growth and productivity. As an SAP Architect for Cloud Data and Analytics, you will be responsible for the overall design and development of scalable, globally distributed, robust, and secure products and tools related to data processing, reporting and advanced analytics. You will be supported and expected to learn constantly new technologies, to improve your skills and constantly track the latest industry achievements. You will be expected to lead the development and to act as an owner, to be self-driven and to ensure achieving the goals. The contribution includes hands-on activities and support to other team members and business stakeholders.

What You'll Do For Us:

• Translate business needs and change requests into a conceptual, logical, and physical architecture design of а solution, including coordinating the technical teams needed to deliver the design, including information security.
• Ensure the architecture design is aligned to the conventions and standards on place. Proactively identifies and addresses technical strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats across the application landscape.
• Technical leadership of agile teams with expert knowledge to approve their work and ensure the proper implementation.
• Design, data modeling, develop and deployment of end-to-end Data and Analytics solutions including ETL, data processing, data modeling, visualization in form of reports and dashboard, security and creation of interfaces to other systems.
• Maintenance, performance tuning, testing, troubleshooting, and support following DevOps principles.
• Evaluate and improve existing D&A systems and collaborate and integrate with the other functions.
• Build a shared understanding of the solution with the capacity for communicating that vision though technical materials, verbal presentations, and facilitating inter-team discussion.
• Become an active member of a high-performance team that holds the technical ownership of a growing portfolio of data products.
• Continuously learn and extend your expertise with new technologies, data domains, business processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Required, BSc/BA in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant field
• 5+ years proven experience as a Data Engineer / Data Architect
• Excellent understanding of DBMS (database management systems), ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), and OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) principles and frameworks
• Experience with SAP Data Management platforms - SAP Data Intelligence, SAP Datasphere, SAP Landscape Transformation.
• Experience with sourcing data from SAP S/4 and SAP BW using ODP, CDC, API frameworks.
• Knowledge and experience with XS Advanced development and GitHub.
• Experience with data reporting and visualization solutions (preferred SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Experience with frameworks for agile software development and DevOps principles
• Required experience with SQL and Python
• Familiarity with Spark and Big Data
