What You’ll Do: 

  • Manage a team of product analysts responsible for the creation and execution of loan and credit card servicing processes
  • Identify areas where automation can increase scale and efficiency of servicing operations 
  • Work closely with servicing and collections operations leaders 
  • Define business processes for new and existing product launches related to servicing of loans and credit cards
  • Develop roadmap for external scrum team of engineers at loan/card servicing software provider
  • Manage relationship with servicing software provider
  • Coordinate the release of new servicing software features with tech, product, and servicing agents 

 

What We Look For:

  • 3+ years of product or operations management experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment (ideally in the credit card or loan servicing space)
  • Experience with loan servicing or credit card servicing systems ((e.g. Shaw Systems, Fiserv, Loan Pro)
  • Experience leading and resolving questions and conflicts across organizational stakeholders
  • Fluency with product development tools, SQL, Tableau, web analytics, etc.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to prioritize, balance, and respond to competing needs within a growing organization
