What you'll achieve
We are actively seeking an innovative and results-oriented Social Media Senior Manager to lead our dynamic team in driving cutting-edge social media strategies across North America. You will:
- Spearhead the development and execution of pioneering social media strategies tailored to the North American market and provide visionary leadership to the team, guiding them to explore innovative approaches that set us apart in the dynamic social media landscape
- Set and achieve performance targets, holding the team accountable for delivering measurable and impactful results

Essential Requirements
- Deep understanding of the North American social media landscape.
- 12+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing with a track record of measurable results
- Previous experience working and collaborating with global teams and understanding diverse markets.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or business program
- Excellent understanding of relevant market dynamics and technology
Desirable Requirements
- Understanding of non-social media vehicle planning and execution
- Knowledge of customer base and segmentation strategy for marketing
